Dental Crowns and Bridges

Most of us will need to have a tooth repaired at some point in our lives. You’ll find that Dr. Jim and Dr. Ryan McCall are conservative with the treatment they recommend.

If you have a tooth however, that is injured, fractured, or infected beyond the scope of what a dental filling can repair, they will likely recommend a dental crown for you.

What Is a Dental Crown?

Designed to replace your tooth while protecting the integrity of your root, a crown fits over your natural tooth structure like a “cap.” It’s made of high quality porcelain that our doctors custom shade to match your existing teeth and naturally complement your smile. You’ll enjoy the same function you had with your natural tooth since you’ll be able to eat, chew, talk, smile, brush, and floss with ease.

Crowns are durable and can last for many years with excellent home care and regular check-ups.

"If I could give more stars, I would. This place is amazing."

I have had a long history of awful dental experiences from uncomfortable teeth cleanings to painful root canals. Naturally, I have always been extremely cautious when going to/looking for a new dentist. Look no further. Seriously.
The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and informative with all things billing and scheduling. The dental team (hygienists and Dr. Ryan) is amazing. They make you feel comfortable, at ease and well informed of every procedure taking place. I have never experienced even the slightest twinge of pain and love that I finally found a home at McCall Family Dentistry.
Added bonus that it's a family, local business. Added added bonus that they have tv to distract you and play good music.

What Is a Dental Bridge?

For patients living with one or more missing adjacent teeth, a dental bridge may be a good solution. Using your healthy teeth as anchors for dental crowns, a bridge utilizes prosthetic teeth attached to your crowns to fill in the open space. Dental implants may also be used as anchors to support a bridge.

Our doctors will customize your bridge to match your existing teeth and keep your smile looking natural and beautiful. Keeping your anchor teeth clean and healthy is important to ensure the longevity of your bridge.

Patient-Centered Care

No matter the repair your tooth may need, you’ll find that McCall Family Dentistry has your comfort in mind.

For those patients who feel nervous or anxious about their treatment, we offer nitrous oxide to help “take the edge off,” so you can feel relaxed and at ease during your procedure. Nitrous works quickly to help you feel comfortable. It also leaves your system quickly so you can drive yourself home and resume your normal activities.

Nitrous is safe to use for most types of dental procedures.

Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain a beautiful and healthy smile for a lifetime. When you need a tooth repaired, look no further than McCall Family Dentistry, where we strive to exceed your expectations at every visit.
